FLEXIBLE CHANGE POLICY:
To ensure our valued customer travel confidently, new reservations* are allowed to change departure date and/or destination free of charge**, anytime before the required final payment date, however each such booking may only be change one time. Travelers may also choose to convert their deposit to future travel credit for three years validity from original booked departure date. Further tour or date changes after the first rebooking are subject to Nexus Holidays’ standard terms and conditions.
Customized tours and private tours are not eligible for free change under this Flexible Change Policy.
This policy does not entitle the traveler to a full refund. No refunds will be provided in respect to any visas, travel insurance, or vaccines, which are solely the responsibility of the traveller.
*Reservations made between August 01, 2021 to March 31, 2022, departure in 2022; including reservations made with credits.
** This policy does not apply to airfare or insurance. Any airline change or cancellation fees are solely the responsibility of the traveller and are subject to airline policies. Please ask your travel agent for details.
